الاختيارات
أ- يقصد بالاختيار المطبق لمدة سنة أو الاختيار المطبق لمدة خمس سنوات، اختياراً يتم بواسطة كيان مشارك مكلف بالإقرار ويخطر به الجهاز فيما يتعلق بكيان مشارك أو مشروع مشترك أو شركة تابعة لمشروع مشترك.
ب- الاختيار المطبق لمدة خمس سنوات هو اختيار يتم بواسطة كيان مشارك مكلف بالإقرار، ويخطر به الجهاز فيما يتعلق بسنة مالية (سنة الاختيار) وجميع السنوات المالية التالية حتى يتم إلغاؤه بواسطة كيان مشارك مكلف بالإقرار.
ج- يجب أن يظل الاختيار المطبق لمدة خمس سنوات قائمًا لمدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات مالية متتالية دون إلغاء لأي سنة أو جزء من السنوات المالية الخمس، إذا تم إلغاء الاختيار المطبق لمدة خمس سنوات فيما يتعلق بسنة مالية، فلا يجوز إجراء اختيار جديد فيما يتعلق بالسنوات المالية الأربع التي تلي سنة الإلغاء.
د- ينطبق الاختيار السنوي فقط على السنة المالية التي تم فيها الاختيار.
ه- تضع اللائحة القواعد والشروط والضوابط الخاصة بإجراء الاختيارات بما يتسق مع القواعد النموذجية والتوجيهات الإدارية والتعليقات الصادرة عن منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية OECD.

Is the Article enough on its own?
Usually not. The Decree-Law states the rule, the Regulations detail the computation or procedure and guidance explains application. Use all three for an obligation, amount or deadline.
