فسح تصريح نقل السلع الانتقائية
أ- على المتلقي المرخص له تفريغ السلع الانتقائية، وتقديم تقرير بذلك إلى الوزارة عند وصول السلع وذلك في حال كانت الوجهة المبينة في التصريح مستودع ضريبي آخر.
ب- يجب أن يتضمن تقرير التفريغ معلومات كافية عن كمية ونوع السلع الانتقائية التي تم تفريغها من وسيلة النقل في مكان المتلقي.
ج- يقدم المُرسِل المرخص له إلى الوزارة المستندات الدالة على إتمام عملية التصدير.
د- يعد مستند نقل السلع الانتقائية قد تم فسحه في إحدى الحالتين الآتيتين:
1- تقديم تقرير التفريغ داخل المملكة إلى الوزارة.
2- تقديم مستند إثبات التصدير إلى خارج دول المجلس الصادر من وزارة الداخلية (شئون الجمارك) إلى الوزارة.
ه- إذا وجد اختلاف بين كمية السلع الانتقائية المُدرجة في تصريح نقل السلع الانتقائية وتقرير التفريغ أو مستند اثبات التصدير، تقوم الوزارة باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة في هذا الشأن.
