رفض المتلقي نقل السلع الانتقائية
لا يجوز للمتلقي المرخص له رفض تلقي السلع الانتقائية بعد صدور تصريح من الوزارة بالموافقة على النقل.
وفي حال طرأت أسباب خارجة عن إرادة المتلقي المرخص له دعته إلى رفض تلقي السلع الانتقائية في مستودعه الضريبي، فعلى المرسِل المرخص له تعديل وجهة النقل أو إلغاء التصريح بالنقل وإعادة السلع الانتقائية إلى الوجهة التي خرجت منها تلك السلع.
What does the Article mean in plain language?
The receiving licensee may not refuse the goods once the permit is issued, except for reasons beyond its control; the sender must then re-route the movement or cancel the permit and return the goods to their origin, while tracking location and quantities.
