إجراءات طلب التصريح بنقل السلع الانتقائية
أولاً: لا يجوز نقل السلع الانتقائية تحت وضع معلق للضريبة إلا بموجب تصريح تصدره الوزارة، ويجب إرفاق نسخة من هذا التصريح مع السلع الانتقائية محل النقل في جميع مراحل عملية النقل.
ثانياً: يُقدم طلب الحصول على تصريح نقل السلع الانتقائية طبقاً للنموذج المعد من الوزارة لهذا الغرض، على أن يتضمن الطلب على الأقل البيانات والمعلومات الآتية:
1- تفاصيل السلع الانتقائية المراد نقلها تحت وضع معلق للضريبة، متضمنة ما يلي:
أ- نوع السلع الانتقائية.
ب- كمية السلع الانتقائية.
ج- الضريبة الانتقائية المستحقة إذا تم الافراج عن السلع الانتقائية أثناء عملية النقل.
2- بيانات عن منشأ السلع الانتقائية المراد نقلها، والذي يمكن أن يكون:
أ- مستودع ضريبي مرخص مقره المملكة.
ب- الاستيراد.
ج- مستودع ضريبي مرخص مقره دولة عضو أخرى.
3- وجهة السلع الانتقائية المراد نقلها، والتي يمكن أن تكون:
أ- مستودع ضريبي مرخص مقره المملكة.
ب- التصدير أو مستودع ضريبي مرخص مقره دولة عضو أخرى.
ج- مستودع ضريبي مرخص مقره دولة عضو ثالثة عبر المملكة.
4- الوسيلة المستخدمة في نقل السلع الانتقائية تحت وضع معلق للضريبة.
5- المدة الزمنية المتوقعة لإتمام عملية النقل.
ثالثاً: يتعين الحصول على الموافقة المسبقة للمُتلقي المرخص له على إتمام عملية النقل، وذلك قبل أن تدرس الوزارة طلب الحصول على التصريح بالنقل.
