تعديل أو إلغاء طلب تصريح نقل السلع الانتقائية
أ- يجوز للمرخص له أن يطلب من الوزارة تعديل أو إلغاء طلب التصريح بنقل السلع الانتقائية تحت وضع معلق للضريبة وفقاً للنموذج المعد من الوزارة لهذا الغرض، وذلك في الأحوال الآتية:
1- قبل صدور قرار من الوزارة بشأن الطلب.
2- بعد صدور قرار من الوزارة بالموافقة على الطلب وقبل أن تبدأ عملية النقل.
3- إذا علم المرخص له لاحقاً بأنه لن يستخدم التصريح بالنقل.
4- قبل إفساح السلع الانتقائية من المستودع الضريبي الذي نُقلت إليه إذا اشتمل الطلب على تعديل وجهة السلع الانتقائية وكان ذلك خلال مدة سريان التصريح.
ب- يجوز للوزارة في جميع الأحوال تمديد المدة المقررة في الفقرة (ز) من المادة (26) من هذه اللائحة لمدة مماثلة إذا اقتضى الأمر.
