إعادة هيكلة الشركات ونقل الأصول وهيكليات الملكية
تضع اللائحة القواعد والشروط والضوابط اللازمة التي تتعلق بنقل الأصول والمطلوبات وإعادة الهيكلة وانضمام واندماج وترك الكيان المشارك لمجموعة مشاريع متعددة الجنسيات والقواعد التي تتعلق بمجموعة مشاريع متعددة الجنسيات المملوكة من عدة مجموعات "Multi-parented Multinational Enterprise Group" وغير ذلك من المسائل بما يتسق مع القواعد النموذجية والتوجيهات الإدارية والتعليقات الصادرة عن منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية OECD.
