التعديل في بيانات الترخيص

أ- يجب على المرخص له إبلاغ الوزارة كتابياً فور حدوث أو تحقق أي تغيير في البيانات أو المعلومات المتعلقة بنشاطه من شأنه التأثير على ترخيصه.

ب- في جميع الأحوال، يجب على المرخص له حال رغبته بتغيير البيانات أو المعلومات المتعلقة بالترخيص إبلاغ الوزارة كتابياً بذلك قبل (30) يوماً من تاريخ التغيير.

ج- للوزارة إما تعديل الترخيص أو إلغاءه، طبقاً لأحكام القانون واللائحة، وبحسب مدى تأثير تلك التغييرات أو التعديلات على ترخيص المستودع الضريبي.
