تقديم طلب ترخيص المستودع الضريبي
أ- على المسجل أن يتقدم بطلب ترخيص مستودع ضريبي إلى الوزارة على النموذج المعد لهذا الغرض، على أن يتضمن الطلب على الأقل البيانات والمعلومات الآتية:
1- البيانات الشخصية لمقدم الطلب، بما في ذلك رقم تسجيله لأغراض الضريبة الانتقائية.
2- تحديد ما إذا كان المستودع الضريبي المراد ترخيصه سيستخدم لإنتاج و/أو لتخزين سلع انتقائية.
3- نوع السلع الانتقائية التي سيتم إنتاجها و/أو تخزينها بموجب ترخيص المستودع الضريبي.
4- المعلومات المتعلقة بموقع المستودع الضريبي المراد ترخيصه.
5- احتساب مبلغ الضمان المالي وفقاً للفقرة (أ) من المادة (18) من هذه اللائحة، وإرفاق ما يفيد سداده.
ب- يجب أن يتوافر في طالب الترخيص بمستودع ضريبي، ما يلي:
1- أن يكون في وضع مالي سليم، طبقاً لما يقدمه من تقارير تثبت ملائته المالية.
2- ألا يكون قد سبق الحكم عليه في جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة، ما لم يكن قد رد إليه اعتباره.
3- أن يكون المستودع المراد الترخيص به مستوفياً لجميع اشتراطات الأمن والسلامة التي تحددها الجهات الحكومية المختصة، وبما يكفل الحد من آثار الحوادث أو الكوارث.
ج- في حال الرغبة في ترخيص أكثر من مستودع ضريبي، فيجب تقديم طلب ترخيص مستقل لكل مستودع ضريبي يُراد الترخيص به.
