تعارض المصالح
يُحظر على أي موظف في الجهاز القيام أو المشاركة في أي إجراءات ضريبية تخصّ أي شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري في الحالات الآتية:
1- وجود صلة قرابة حتى الدرجة الرابعة بين الموظف وبين هذا الشخص الطبيعي أو أحد شركاء أو ملاك الشخص الاعتباري.
2- وجود مصلحة أو علاقة مادية - أياً كان نوعها - بين الموظف وبين هذا الشخص الطبيعي أو أي من الشركاء أو ملاك الشخص الاعتباري أو أحد من أقربائهم حتى الدرجة الثالثة.

What does the Article mean in plain language?
An NBR employee may not conduct or participate in a procedure where the specified relationship or interest exists. The Article distinguishes family relationships through the fourth degree from material-interest cases involving the person, relatives through the third degree or legal-person partners/owners.
