The place of Supply of wired and wireless telecommunications Services and electronic Services shall be in the Kingdom, if they are benefited from and used in the Kingdom to the extent of such benefit and use. The Regulations shall specify the nature and types of wired and wireless telecommunications Services, electronic Services and the conditions and controls for the application of this Article.
