في حال تكرار المخالفة نفسها خلال ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ صدور قرار الوزارة بثبوت المخالفة، يجوز مضاعفة الغرامة الإدارية المقرَّرة في حق المخالف بموجب ذلك القرار، أو وقْف الترخيص لمدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو كليهما معاً.
