الإقرار عن الضريبة المستحقة على السلع الانتقائية المنتجة محلياً

أ- يلتزم المُسجل بتقديم الإقرار الضريبي إلى الوزارة خلال (15) يوماً محسوبة اعتباراً من نهاية كل فترة ضريبية، وإن لم يقم بأي عمليات خلال الفترة الضريبية.

ب- تبدأ الفترة الضريبة في اليوم الأول من الشهر وتنتهي بتمام الـ (60) يوماً.

ج- بالنسبة لأول فترة ضريبية بعد التسجيل، يلتزم المسجِل بتقديم الإقرار الضريبي عن الفترة من تاريخ التسجيل حتى تاريخ انتهاء هذه الفترة الضريبية.

د- يجوز بقرار يصدر من الوزير مد مواعيد تقديم الإقرار الضريبي المشار إليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة.

ه- يُقدم الإقرار الضريبي وفقاً للنموذج المعد لهذا الغرض من الوزارة، على أن يتضمن على الأقل، البيانات والمعلومات الآتية:

1- بيانات عن المُسجِل مقدم الإقرار الضريبي.

2- حساب قيمة الضريبة المستحقة لكل نوع من أنواع السلع الانتقائية التي طرحت للاستهلاك.

3- رقم ترخيص المستودع الضريبي وبيان السلع التي تم الإفراج عنها من كل مستودع ضريبي.
