السلع الانتقائية التي يتم حيازتها في تاريخ سريان القانون

أ- تستحق الضريبة الانتقائية فوراً على كافة السلع الانتقائية الموجودة داخل المملكة من تاريخ نفاذ القانون، ويشترط لاستحقاق الضريبة عليها ما يلي:

1- ألا تكون تحت وضع معلق للضريبة.

2- أن تكون مخصصة لأغراض تجارية.

ب- على الأشخاص الحائزين لسلع انتقائية وفقاً للفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة احتساب الضريبة المستحقة عن السلع الانتقائية التي بحوزتهم طبقاً لأحكام القانون واللائحة والإقرار عنها وسدادها بواسطة إقرار انتقالي واحد إلى الوزارة خلال (30) يوماً من تاريخ نفاذ اللائحة.
