عند تكرار ذات المخالفة خلال ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ صدور قرار الوزارة بثبوت المخالفة، يجوز مضاعفة الغرامة الإدارية المقررة في حق المخالف بموجب ذلك القرار أو وقف ترخيص المستودع الضريبي لمدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو كلاهما معاً.
